BBP Dumpster roll-off container in Concord, CA

Who we are

BBP Dumpster is a family-owned, locally operated roll-off rental company working out of a yard on Clayton Rd. We deliver across Concord and the wider Bay Area, from a single-bin driveway cleanout to a construction site that needs a container swapped twice a week.

Years on these routes built the part that matters: knowing which streets a truck fits down, which cities want a permit, and what a load of drywall actually weighs when the scale ticket comes back. Homeowners, contractors and property managers keep calling because the quote holds and the bin shows up.

We are not the largest hauler out here, and that is deliberate. When a contractor moves the demo up a day, you reach someone who can move the truck, not a queue and a case number.

Our mission

Give people a dependable bin at a price they can plan around. We run six sizes, from a 10 yard that handles a weekend garage clear-out to a 40 yard that carries a month of construction debris without a second delivery.

Same-day drops go out on calls that reach us before 2PM, and next-day is the fallback, not a maybe. Whether the job is residential or commercial, the schedule bends around your timeline instead of ours.

Commitment to excellence

Our containers take everything from household junk to heavy construction debris, and every load goes to a licensed facility. Sorting and disposal follow the rules for each city we serve, so a project never stalls on a compliance problem.

From downtown Concord out to the surrounding neighborhoods, each job gets the same handling: careful placement, clear paperwork and a scale ticket you can check. Find us on Google Maps.

Six things we do the same way every time

Nothing here is a slogan. These are the points where a dumpster rental usually goes sideways, and what we changed so it does not.

01

Our own trucks

No brokers in the middle. The driver who takes your call sheet works for us, so nothing gets subcontracted to whoever was cheapest that morning.

02

Straight talk on weight

We say what your debris will likely weigh before you book, so the scale ticket confirms the quote instead of surprising you a week later.

03

The size that fits

Often that means talking you down a container. A 20 that clears the gate beats a 30 you paid for and filled halfway.

04

A text when it lands

You do not have to wait at home for a truck. The driver messages when the bin is set, with a photo if the spot was tight.

05

Short local routes

Everything runs out of one yard in Concord, so a route change is a radio call, not a request that goes up a chain of offices.

06

Family-run since 2018

Same owners, same drivers, same phone number. When something goes wrong you talk to the person who can fix it that day.

Frequently asked questions about BBP Dumpster

Who we are, where we work and how the service runs, answered plainly.

Who is BBP Dumpster?

A family-owned roll-off dumpster rental company based in Concord, California. We run our own trucks, drivers and more than 150 containers out of a single yard, with no brokers or subcontractors between you and the delivery.

Where is BBP Dumpster located?

4918 Clayton Rd, Concord, CA 94521. Every truck leaves from there, which is why deliveries into central Contra Costa are usually measured in hours rather than days.

What areas does BBP Dumpster serve?

Nine Bay Area counties. Contra Costa and Alameda are covered daily, from Richmond across to Antioch and down to Livermore. Santa Clara, Solano, Napa, Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco are served on scheduled runs. The full list sits on the areas we serve page.

How long has BBP Dumpster been in business?

Since 2018, under the same owner. Rafael Pires started with one truck and grew on repeat work from contractors who needed a bin the same week rather than the following one.

Is BBP Dumpster licensed and insured?

Yes, and we haul to licensed facilities only. Loads are sorted and disposed of according to the rules of the city they came from, and you receive the scale ticket for every haul.

How do I get a quote from BBP Dumpster?

Call (925) 940-9906 or send a photo of the pile. You get the size we would bring, the flat price and the earliest delivery window on that first call. Quotes cost nothing and there is no deposit to reserve a container.

What does BBP Dumpster haul?

Household junk, construction debris, roofing, yard waste, dirt and concrete. We also handle pool demolition and paver installation through our sister crew, so a backyard project stays with one company from the first bin to the finished patio.

How is BBP Dumpster rated?

4.9 out of 5 from 54 Google reviews. The reviews mention the same three things most often: the bin arriving on time, the driver placing it level where it was asked for, and the price matching the quote.

About BBP Dumpster, Concord CA

Short answer: BBP Dumpster is a family-owned roll-off rental company at 4918 Clayton Rd in Concord, California. Owner Rafael Pires founded it in 2018 and it now runs more than 150 containers with its own trucks and drivers, serving nine Bay Area counties. The rating is 4.9 out of 5 across 54 Google reviews.

The operation is deliberately small and local. One yard, one fleet, one phone number, serving homeowners, contractors and property managers across the East Bay. The phone number is (925) 940-9906 and the office runs Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Owner Rafael Pires started the company with a single truck, and it grew because contractors kept asking who could be trusted with a same-week bin. That is still the whole proposition: roll-off rental at a flat price, delivered from one yard by people who answer their own phone.

Where We Deliver

Routes run daily through Contra Costa and Alameda counties, from Richmond and El Cerrito on the west side out to Antioch, Brentwood and Livermore on the east. Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Danville, San Ramon, Oakland, Berkeley, Hayward and Fremont are all inside the daily coverage.

Santa Clara, Solano, Napa, Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco are served on scheduled runs. If your address sits at the edge of that map, call and we will say honestly whether the drive makes sense, instead of quoting a job we cannot deliver on time. The full list is on the areas we serve page.

How We Price the Work

Every size carries a flat price with the disposal weight already inside it. The six containers run from $465 to $900, and the 20 yard leaves the yard more often than the rest combined, with the 10 yard close behind on heavy debris and the 40 yard reserved for commercial sites, covering delivery, pickup, the dump fee and a week of rental. Past the included tonnage the rate is $165 a ton, calculated from the scale ticket to the pound.

There is no fuel surcharge, no environmental fee and no charge for a quote. Clean dirt and concrete are billed at a flat rate with no weight limit at all, because a single-material load goes to a different facility than mixed debris does.

What We Haul

Household junk, furniture and appliances, construction and demolition debris, roofing tear-offs, yard waste, dirt and concrete. We also handle pool demolition and, once the ground is clear, paver installation through our sister crew, which means one company from the first bin to the finished patio.

Everything goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill, sorted according to the rules of the city it came from and the standards published by CalRecycle. You receive the scale ticket, so the weight on the invoice is never something you have to take on faith.

What the trucks carry out of the Bay Area every week:

  • Household junk, furniture, mattresses and appliances
  • Construction and demolition debris, including drywall and framing
  • Roofing tear-offs, priced by the square rather than by volume
  • Yard waste: branches, brush, sod and old decking
  • Clean dirt and concrete, at a flat rate with no weight limit
  • Pool demolition debris, hauled in our own containers

The Fleet Stays Close to Home

Every truck and driver reports back to the same yard at the end of the day, rather than being leased or subcontracted from another operator for the week. That keeps maintenance, scheduling and pay all under one roof, and it is part of why a truck can be pulled off a lighter job to cover an urgent one without anyone outside the company needing to sign off.

Working With a Local Hauler

The practical difference between a local company and a national one shows up on the day something changes. A demo gets moved up, a gate is narrower than measured, rain pushes a roof job by two days. With one yard and our own trucks, that is a radio call. With a broker, it is a ticket, a case number and a callback window.

That is the reason the reviews read the way they do, and why the same contractors book again. Read them on Google, or call and ask for a size on your own job.
