Framing scrap, drywall, tear-out. Sorting the load by material is what keeps the invoice down, and we will tell you when it is worth doing.

Turnovers run on a clock. Give us the window your property manager allows and the truck shows up inside it, weekends and early mornings included.

Brush and sod fill fast but weigh little, so the limit you hit is volume, not tonnage. Keep soil out and the load stays in the green waste rate.

A square of composition shingle runs near 250 pounds, so the math is weight first. We place the bin where the crew can pitch straight into it.

When the adjuster is coming or the unit floods, waiting three days is not an option. We keep stock in the yard for exactly these calls.

Two ways to do it: our crew loads and hauls, or we drop a bin and you work at your pace. The second costs less if you have the weekend.

Partial fill or full removal, permit talk included. The concrete leaves in our own bins, so you are not chasing a second company for the haul.

Rental is for up to 7 days. Price per ton over is $165.00/ton.
The tonnage above is included, and past it the scale ticket decides the overage at $165 a ton, charged to the pound rather than the next full ton. A week comes standard and we stretch to 21 days on request. Anything hazardous is off limits, along with tires, batteries and appliances holding refrigerant.
The eight questions we answer on the phone most days, with the numbers attached.
Prices run from $465 to $900 with the disposal weight included. A 10 yard is $465 with 1 ton, a 15 yard is $540 with 1.5 tons, a 20 yard is $615 with 2 tons, a 30 yard is $765 with 3 tons and a 40 yard is $900 with 4 tons. Delivery, pickup, the dump fee and seven days of rental are inside that number.
The overage is $165 per ton, prorated from the scale ticket. Nothing is rounded up to the next full ton, and you receive the ticket so the figure can be checked. If a load looks close to the line we would rather tell you before it leaves the yard.
Same day when the call reaches us before 2PM, Monday to Friday. After that you lead the next-day route. Keeping more than 150 containers in the yard is what makes that realistic instead of dependent on someone else returning a bin first.
A 20 yard suits most jobs. Single rooms and garages fit a 10 or 15, whole-home cleanouts and kitchen remodels take a 20, and demolition or roofing runs 30 to 40. For concrete, dirt or tile the weight limit arrives before the box is full, so the smaller flat rate container is usually cheaper.
Seven days is standard and we rent from 1 to 21 days. Tell us the window when you book and the pickup is scheduled around it, with no daily penalty inside the agreed term.
No hazardous waste of any kind. That covers paint, solvents, batteries, tires, asbestos and anything holding refrigerant. Wet dirt is refused at the facility, and dirt loads must be covered before pickup. Appliances and mattresses are accepted but carry a facility fee quoted up front.
Not on your own driveway, yes on a public street. Street placement generally requires an encroachment permit from public works, and the process differs between Concord, Walnut Creek and Martinez. Tell us where it goes and we will explain what your city asks for.
Ask for boards and the driver lays them under the rails. It costs nothing and takes a minute. On fresh, stamped or coated driveways it is worth requesting when you book so the crew arrives prepared.
Short answer: dumpster rental in Concord starts at $465 with the disposal weight included. BBP Dumpster runs residential, construction, commercial, roofing, yard waste and emergency service across nine Bay Area counties, in sizes from 10 to 40 yards. Call before 2PM on a weekday and the container is usually delivered the same afternoon.
The quote holds because of how it is built. Delivery, pickup, the dump fee and seven days of rental sit inside the price, so the number said on the phone is the number on the invoice. Anything past the included tonnage is billed at $165 per ton, prorated from the scale ticket rather than rounded up to the next full ton.
We stock six container sizes at the yard on Clayton Rd: the 10 yard, 15 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard and 40 yard, plus a flat rate 10 yard for clean dirt or concrete. Call before 2PM on a weekday and the bin usually lands the same afternoon, because more than 150 containers sit in the yard waiting rather than out on someone else’s job.
Most jobs land on the 20 yard. It swallows a whole-home cleanout, a gutted kitchen or a mid-size roof, and it still fits on a standard driveway. Step down to the 10 or 15 yard for a single room, a garage or a shed, and step up to the 30 or 40 when a construction site would otherwise need a second delivery mid-week.
Dense debris changes the math entirely. Concrete, dirt, tile and shingles hit the weight limit long before the container looks full, so the smaller box at a flat rate is almost always the cheaper call. Tell us what the debris is and we will name the size that keeps you inside the included tonnage.
| Size | Price | Weight included | Holds about | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | $465 | 1 ton | 3 pickup loads | Single room, dense debris |
| 15 yard | $540 | 1.5 tons | 6 pickup loads | Garage or shed clear-out |
| 20 yard | $615 | 2 tons | 6 pickup loads | Whole-home cleanout, kitchen remodel |
| 30 yard | $765 | 3 tons | 9 pickup loads | Demolition, estate cleanout |
| 40 yard | $900 | 4 tons | 12 pickup loads | Commercial debris, major roofing |
| 10 yard, clean dirt only | $650 | No weight limit | 3 pickup loads | Clean fill from an excavation |
| 10 yard, concrete only | $550 | No weight limit | 3 pickup loads | Slab tear-out |
For homeowners, the common jobs are estate clear-outs, moving debris, brush and sod after a landscaping weekend, and the flooring and cabinets from a remodel. The driver sets the bin level and, if the driveway is fresh or stamped, lays boards under the rails on request.
For contractors and property managers, what matters is the schedule holding. Tenant turnovers and store remodels run inside a window the building allows, and we work weekends and early mornings when that is the window. On longer builds we swap containers back to back so the crew never stops to wait for a truck, and emergency drops cover storm damage and inspection deadlines.
General household and construction debris is fine: furniture, drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, appliances, mattresses and yard waste. Appliances and mattresses carry a facility fee that we state before the bin leaves the yard, never after.
Never accepted, in any container:
Hazardous material is never accepted. That includes paint, solvents, batteries, tires, asbestos and anything holding refrigerant. Wet dirt is refused at the facility, and dirt loads have to be covered by the customer before pickup. Flat rate loads are one material only, so mixing debris into a concrete bin converts it to a general load charged by weight.
Seven days comes standard and we stretch from 1 to 21 days on request. Tell us the window when you book and the pickup is scheduled around it, with no daily penalty inside the term you agreed to. You get a text when the container lands, so nobody waits at home for a truck.
A container on your own driveway needs no permit. Placing one on a public street usually requires an encroachment permit from public works, and the process differs between Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez and the rest of the cities we cover. Say where it goes and we will tell you what your city asks for before you book. Concord publishes its encroachment rules through the City of Concord, and statewide disposal rules come from CalRecycle.
Storm damage, a burst pipe or an inspection deadline does not wait for the next open slot on the route, so an emergency dumpster rental is scheduled ahead of the standard booking order rather than behind it. The trade-off is size: an emergency drop usually goes out in whatever container is closest to ready at the yard, and a swap to the exact size needed follows once the immediate mess is contained.
BBP Dumpster is family-owned and locally operated, running its own trucks and drivers out of one yard rather than brokering the work to whoever is cheapest that morning. The phone is answered by someone who can see the yard and change a route mid-call, which is why homeowners and contractors across Contra Costa and Alameda keep coming back. The rating sits at 4.9 out of 5 across 54 Google reviews.
Describe the job or text a photo. We answer with a size, a number and a delivery slot, and nothing about it changes after you hang up.
